The article is called ''Dead Girl’s Mother Hugs Bullying B.C Teenager''. Written by Ian Bailey. The main idea of the story is that bullying can take people’s lives, ruin people’s lives, and families can lose loved ones all cause some kids will think they are cool bullying. Also even though you bullied a kid who committed suicide doesn't mean that their parents will hate you, won't talk to you, and will want to bully you back. Some parents will just be like ''it is OK as long as you never bully again''. All because of that one, two, or more girls that bullied the one girl more than 10 or even more then that were hurt. Now that you know what bullying can do I think the writer’s statement was that even if you bully doesn't mean every one hates you.

Dear brother, Sodapop. It’s me Ponyboy. I miss you a lot. I am writing to you about what happened the night I ran away. I know you are worried but I’m fine.
When I ran away that night, Johnny and I ran to the park. I had no idea what I was doing. Johnny calmed me down and I decided to come back. We started to walk when a blast from a car horn made us both jump. The blue mustang was circling the park slowly. Five Socs got out of the mustang and started to walk towards us. It was Randy, Bob and three other Socs. I ducked and tried to run but the Soc caught my arm and twisted it behind my back. Then the Soc shoved my face in the fountain. I fought, but the hand behind my neck was too strong. I though and wondered what was happening to Johnny. I held my breath too long. I couldn’t hold it anymore. Then a red gaze filled my mind and I slowly relaxed. The next thing I knew I was laying on the pavement beside the fountain, coughing water. I pushed myself up and leaned against the fountain. Johnny was sitting next to me. He was a strange greenish-white and his eyes were hunger than I’d ever seen them. Bob, the handsome Soc was lying there in the moonlight, doubled up and still. Johnny had killed Bob. After a while we ran because the police was going to be there soon. We needed a plan to get away and a gun to protect us. We didn’t have any idea how we were going to get the gun. Dally was the only one who could provide us the gun and the plan. So we ran to Dally’s and got the guide. After that we got on a cargo train and according to the plan, we got off at our stop, which is Windrixville. We are staying in an old church right now.
The name of the writer is Caroline Alphonso and the name of the article is Bullies push their victims to suicide. The main idea is that bulling is a life or death situation. Dawn Marie was from Mission B.C. Dawn Marie Wessley was afraid of being beaten up that suicide seemed like her only escape. She said in her suicide note "If I try to get help, it will only get worse, they are the toughest girls and are always looking for a new person to beat up, but if I ratted they would get suspended and there would be no stopping them." She killed herself on Nov. 10 by hanging herself with a dog leash. Her younger brother found her in her bedroom. The two girls that bulled her were charged and one was found guilty. They were sentenced by the sentencing circle/ justice circle to 18 months probation. Ms. Wesley has found some comfort with another mother who lost her 14 year old son in March.
Juno Beach became a battlefield for thousands of Canadian and German troops on June 6th 1944, as most know, this was during WWII, this is also the cause of the battle that started in  the sands of the beach. Many died  in the war that was held  because the allied forced wanted headquarters in Normandy, and obviously the Germans couldn't have that and went to fight the Canadians back. The allied forces wanted Headquarters there so in case they we're over-run, they could head back there to help the wounded. The battle on Juno beach brought victory to the allied forces so even today we still remember the troops who lost their lives.

On D-Day June 6 1944 Operation Overlord the long awaited Nazi invasion the Allied armies from the U.S. Britain and Canada landing on the coast of Normandy.  On D-Day the 3rd Canadian Infantry Division landed on Juno Beach.  The Canadian assault troops stormed the shore in the face of fierce appoints from German strongholds and the mined beaches.  The soldiers raced across the wide-open beaches swept with machine gun fire and stormed the gun positions.  In fierce hands to hands fighting they fought their way into the towns of Bernieres Courseulles and St. Aubin and then advanced inland securing a critical bridges for the allied invasions.  The victory was a turning point in World War II and led to the defeat of Nazi Germany's.

What was D-Day, D-day was an operation to take control of the Normandy beaches.  That gives the allied forces a foothold.  Canada takes control of the beach named Juno.  The four other beaches were taken care of the U.K and U.S.A the other beaches were called sword, gold, Utah and Omaha.  It happened in Normandy, France in June 6 1944 it was during World War II. All the country's that were involved in D-Day were Canada, U.S.A and the U.K.

Juno Beach was the code name of one of the five main landing sites of the Allied invasion of the coast of Normandy on D-Day June 6 1944 during World War II. It was the beach between Sword Beach and Gold Beach.  It is also known as the Canadian beach as it was assigned to the 3rd Canadian Infantry Division.  Juno Beach stretched from Saint Aubin sur Mer on the east to Courseulles sur Mer on the west.  The 3rd Canadian Division was placed under the command of British I Corps for the initial phase of the invasion and did not come under Canadian command again until July 1944 and the establishment of II Canadian Corps headquarters in Normandy.  Although Juno Beach was assigned to the Canadians a number of British units commandos, specialized armour and assault engineers were present supporting the Canadian assault.

Over 14000 young Canadians stormed Juno Beach on D-Day.  Their courage determination and hope were the reasons for the success in those many hours.  The fighting they endured was fierce and frightening.  The price they paid was high the battle for the beach coasted around 340 Canadian lives and another 574 wounded.  At the end of the day Canada was the farthest into France than of the other countries. The operation the Canadians faced was stronger than that of any other beaches. That was an accomplishment for Canada.

By the end of D-Day the 3rd Canadian Division had was the farthest into France than any other Allied force advancing around 10 km.  At the cost of almost 1,000 casualties including 335 killed.  The 7th Infantry Brigade dug in at Banville and Reviers while the 8th Brigade with the 10th Armoured Regiment reached Colomby sur Thaon.

Juno beach was the Battlefield for thousands of Canadian and German troops. Juno beach was planned for June 5 1944, but it was postponed for one day because of there was a bad storm. D-Day was a two year planned attack.out of all thoes thuosands of Canadian some of those Canadian are alive to day. Even though most people don't think about what happened on that day June 6 1944, we still honour those troops that died in battle on Juno Beach.

Ponyboy and Greg are two very different people and life's. Ponyboy is from a place where crime and poverty are very common. Ponyboy is trying to get into a gang that his older brothers are in. Greg has an ideal family nice house a full family. Greg has a normal life so he thinks. Even though Ponyboy and Greg are two different people they are very alike.

The first similarity I see between Ponyboy and Greg is that they both get bullied by their older brother Darry and Rodrick. The only reason darry is mean to Ponyboy is because Darry loves him too much. Darry is scared that if Ponyboy and Sodapop get into trouble they might go to jail then the family will be spilt up. Rodrick is mean to Greg because is a slacker and low achiever and doesn’t won’t Greg to be successful in life and he’s just a jerk to Greg.

Ponyboy and Greg both try to fit in with their pears. Ponyboy is trying to fit into the gang greasers. Ponyboy is the youngest in the gang so he gets treated like a kid. Ponyboy dresses like a greasers and talks like a greaser. Greg will try anything to join the cool kids. Greg is trying so to be cool hard he doesn't care who he hurts along the way. Greg even tried to change his friend into a cool kid.

An other similarity i found that Ponyboy and Greg do things without thinking. Ponyboy walked home from the movies with no protection and got beat up by the socs. Greg was wearing his friends jacket and put kids in a hole and got his friend in trouble. When Greg was throwing that football at his friend and his arm. And when Greg and his friend went in to Greg's older brothers room

Their and three good simulates that Ponyboy and Greg have. So Ponyboy and Greg have allot of similarity's. I think Ponyboy and Greg should be themselves and then they will be popular. Even though Ponyboy and Greg are different people they are very a
